Trayless Dining

Why Trayless Dining? 1. Guest who dine without trays waste less good and beverages. 2. It is a healthier approach to eating. 3. It helps reduce the water & energy consumption when there are less dishes to be washed.

From Fries to Fuel!

Did you know that our oil gets recycled and conveted to biodesiesel used for vehicles, ships and farm equipments.


With satisfying portions and fewer calories, our expert team of Chef's have partnered to provide mindful choices that focus on the lastest science and nutritional philosophy guidelines to further support healthier choices.


We prioritize in reducing food waste. Composing food waste generated at our dining hall results in the reduction of greenhouse gases, increasing drought tolerance and reduces need for water and soil.


At our facilities we recyle: cardboard, glass, aluminum, paper and plastic.

Lean Path

The Lean Path Kitchen waste tracking system records and tracks all of the food waste from our kitchen. This helps us identify and change practices which results in food waste.
